Service Description

Our clinicians are part of the Defence Team for more than a decade and have first hand understanding in the care needs of the Canadian Armed Forces military families. If you have administrative medical assessment need for OUTCAN or remote posting, we recommend you to seek input from your regular family physician. However, given the difficulty in accessing primary care, we are happy to offer ad hoc appointment on as needed basis to complete the required administrative medical assessment for military/RCMP families related to OUTCAN or remote posting.
